Shipping and Delivery
1. We ship orders to addresses within the Netherlands and Belgium.
2. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the order. These costs are clearly stated during checkout.
3. Our goal is to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment, unless otherwise specified.
4. Upon shipment, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
5. We collaborate with reliable shipping partners to ensure the secure and timely delivery of your order.
6. Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or holidays.
7. Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to carefully inspect the contents and report any damages or inaccuracies to us within 48 hours.

Returns
1. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase or if the product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
2. Contact our customer service for guidance on the return process. 
3. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
4. The cost and responsibility for returning the product lie with the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
5. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we'll proceed with reimbursing the purchase amount, excluding any shipping costs, within 14 days.
