5.2 Shipping costs are separately stated during the ordering process, unless otherwise indicated.
5.3 Delays in delivery caused by third parties are beyond the responsibility of XTIVATE Lifestyle.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
6.2 The cost and risk of return shipping are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
6.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
